Looking Back MORAI’s 2021: Year in Review

As we are reaching the end of 2021, we wanted to take the opportunity to look back at what we have achieved this year. Despite COVID-19 lasting longer than everyone would have anticipated, the MORAI team plowed on to perfect our product, MORAI SIM, and contribute to the acceleration of a safe and efficient autonomous vehicle development.

Of course, we were not alone in this journey, and with support from our clients and partners, MORAI was able to enjoy a fruitful year. Let us share some of our biggest achievements for the year:

Investment:

• MORAI received an additional 2 billion KRW through a bridge financing round from Atinum Investment

Partnerships:

• Partnership with Ansys Korea for R&D across autonomous driving technologies

• MORAI and dSPACE to co-develop autonomous driving validation simulator

• Collaboration with NAVER LABS to advance autonomous driving systems

• Sponsoring MORAI SIM for the 2021 Mando Autonomous Mobility Festival

• Sharing Autonomous Vehicle Simulation application cases at NVIDIA’s GTC 2021

Acknowledgments:

• Prime Minister’s Commendation for Ministry of SMEs and Startups Venture Promotion Award

• MORAI receives the Hong Dae-yong Prize for Patent Technology

For 2022, we hope to see more in-person engagement, starting with CES 2022, at which we have set up our biggest booth ever, including a private meeting room open for our valued clients and partners.
