Seoul, 29th September 2025 – MORAI, a company specializing in autonomous driving simulation, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Siemens Digital Industries Software Korea (“Siemens”), to collaborate in the fields of autonomous driving and digital engineering.
Through this agreement, the two companies will connect the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio with MORAI’s autonomous driving simulation technology to explore virtual validation and engineering solutions for a wide range of industries. This collaboration will facilitate joint business development, collaborative workshops and training, and the discovery of new applications for virtual testing.
MORAI’s technology provides a digital twin-based simulation platform that precisely replicates real-world roads and test environments, allowing for the virtual validation of dangerous or difficult-to-reproduce scenarios. This synergy is anticipated to open up new opportunities not only in the automotive industry but also in robotics, aerospace, defense, and smart city development.
MORAI recently secured additional investment from Hyundai Motor's ZERO1, Atinum Investment, and Korea Investment Partners, acknowledging its growth potential. The company was also selected as one of the "Top 100 Defense Innovation Companies," expanding its autonomous driving simulation technology into the MUM-T (Manned-Unmanned Teaming) modeling and simulation sector. This expansion extends MORAI's technology beyond automotive to a variety of industries, including defense and aerospace.
Jiwon Jung, CEO of MORAI, stated, "This collaboration with Siemens is a crucial step for MORAI to expand our simulation capabilities into diverse industries. By combining the strengths of both companies, we are able to provide tangible value to our customers and actively prepare for emerging market opportunities."
